BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS-ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively by confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California, USA, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

YOU AND BRANORINO EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. If this waiver is deemed unenforceable, the arbitration clause becomes void and disputes must be brought in state or federal court in Los Angeles County, California.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration clause.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site and updating the “Effective Date.” Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
