- 30-Day Returns: We accept returns for unopened and unused items only. For hygiene and safety reasons, once the original seal or packaging is broken, the item is non-returnable.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Refund Speed: We’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- U.S. Returns Warehouse
To simplify the return process, we’ll provide you with a U.S. domestic return address. After you submit your return request, we will send you the specific return address and a prepaid label link in your Return Authorization email. - Damaged or Wrong Items
