California – Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective Date: August 8, 2025
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.
BRANORINO does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, as described in Section 4 (“Sharing & Disclosure”) of our Privacy Policy, we do share limited data with advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and our AI skin-analysis vendor) for targeted advertising, which may be deemed a “sale/share” under CCPA.
How to Opt Out
- Cookie Settings – Click the Cookie Settings link in the footer to manage or disable advertising cookies.
- Email – Send “Do Not Sell or Share My PI” to support@branorinoskincare.com with your name and email address used on our site.
- Browser Controls – If you have enabled a privacy plug-in or set your browser to send the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will honor that as a valid opt-out request.
Effect of Opting Out
- We will stop sharing your personal information for targeted advertising.
- You may still see generic (non-personalized) ads.
- This will not affect order fulfillment, customer service, or other non-marketing uses of your data.
Notice of Financial Incentive
We may offer discounts, early-access codes, or loyalty points in exchange for subscribing to our email/SMS lists or creating an account. When you accept such an offer, you opt into a financial incentive under CCPA.
The value of the personal information collected is the estimated cost of providing the incentive (e.g., discount amount or promotional cost). You may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or requesting account deletion, without penalty. For questions, email support@branorinoskincare.com.
